The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, documenting vehicle symptoms, and recommending necessary maintenance. They must provide accurate cost estimates and maintain frequent communication with customers regarding the progress of their vehicle repairs.
Candidates should have a proven track record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant is considered a plus.
