Requires at least 2 years of experience in ocean import, freight forwarding, or international logistics. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of shipping processes and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

As a successful Ocean Import Agent, you will manage end-to-end ocean import shipments, ensuring seamless transportation, documentation compliance, and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with customers, carriers, overseas offices, and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient and reliable import solutions.
