You will be responsible for the optimal daily planning of 40 vehicles and coordinating routes with drivers and team leaders. You will also collaborate with internal departments to handle customer requests and ensure operational targets are met.
The ideal candidate holds a MBO or HBO degree in logistics and has several years of successful experience as a transport planner. Proficiency in SAP and Google tools is highly preferred, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Jij plant ‘gewoon’ 40 voertuigen per dag optimaal in! Je belt veel met de chauffeurs, hun teamleiders en met collega’s van andere afdelingen. Je stemt af wie op welke route wordt ingepland of welke uitzonderingen er die dag zijn. Samen met je collega’s order specialisten of binnendienst pak je samen verzoeken van de klant op. Dankzij jou is de klant tevreden, legen we zoveel mogelijk containers en halen we targets.
De afdeling Planning bestaat uit de teams Rol-, Hef- en Multicontainers. Jij wordt ingewerkt op de Rol, maar uiteindelijk ben je allround inzetbaar. Misschien zijn dit nu nog allemaal onbekende termen voor je, maar dat is geen probleem. We leggen je natuurlijk alles uit tijdens je inwerkperiode. De planning is bereikbaar tussen 06:00 en 18:00 uur waarin jij middels shifts je diensten draait. Op deze manier is er van het begin tot de afsluiting van de dag contact met onze Chauffeurs.
Wat neem jij mee?Jij hebt energie en stippelt perfecte routes uit voor onze chauffeurs. Je bent een enthousiaste collega, analytisch sterk en komt tot de meest optimale routes. Je communiceert prettig en vindt het leuk om met veel collega’s contact te hebben. Werkdruk en deadlines? Die maken jou niet gek!
Verder heb jij een afgeronde mbo– of hbo-opleiding op het gebied van logistiek en een paar jaar succesvol als planner in de transport of logistiek. Goede kennis van Google en SAP is erg handig en kennis van ons werkgebied is een pluspuntje!

Je komt te werken op ons kantoor in Rotterdam. Je werkt samen met ongeveer 10 collega’s op de afdeling Order Fulfillment. Samen werken we voor alle vestigingen in cluster Zuidwest. De sfeer op de afdeling is hectisch, informeel en nuchter. Humor, daar houden we van, al wordt er natuurlijk ook wel eens lekker gemopperd. Maar aan het eind van de dag gaat iedereen voldaan naar huis, op naar hobby’s, gezin en privéleven. Want dat vinden we net zo belangrijk bij PreZero.
