You will undergo a two-year work-study program to become a qualified hearing care professional while working in a local store. Your duties include learning to advise customers on hearing solutions and performing technical tasks under the guidance of an experienced mentor.
Candidates must have an MBO 4 level of education and be available for at least 32 hours per week. You should be service-oriented, commercially minded, and reside in or near Roermond.

In het kort
Hoe ziet het werk- leertraject er dan uit?
Wij geloven dat je het meeste leert door te doen. Jij mag dus meteen aan de slag in een Beter Horen winkel bij jou in de buurt. Je loopt dagelijks mee met een ervaren audicien en mag steeds meer zelf gaan doen. Na het succesvol afronden van de interne opleiding, start je met de vakopleiding en na twee jaar word je beloond met een mbo 4 diploma en mag je jezelf officieel audicien noemen!

Na twee jaar
Na twee jaar werken en leren word jij beloond met een erkend mbo 4 diploma en mag jij jezelf officieel audicien noemen. Daarnaast stijgt jouw salaris vanaf het moment dat je afstudeert naar € 3.100,- euro bruto. Klinkt goed, toch?
