The Guest Experience Advisor will actively engage with guests to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote additional products and services. They are responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment and completing administrative tasks such as processing gift card orders.
Candidates must possess exceptional people skills, proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office, and fluency in both English and Mandarin. The role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with a flexible schedule.

• Possess exceptional people skills and genuinely enjoy exceeding guest expectations.
