The Site Controller acts as a finance business partner to site leadership, providing financial guidance and managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting. They are also responsible for maintaining internal control systems and overseeing local accounting functions to ensure financial accuracy.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field and possess experience in finance or controlling. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fluency in English are required, along with strong stakeholder management skills.
