You’ll host live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat games on camera from a professional broadcast studio while online players join from around the world.
No casino experience needed. No dealing experience required.
If you’ve worked in customer service, call centers, retail, reception, or as a cashier or agent, you may already have exactly what it takes.
Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
Speak to online players in a friendly, clear, and professional way
Follow game procedures and on screen instructions
Keep each game moving smoothly and engagingly
Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

Who We’re Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you:
Have customer service, call center, retail, reception, hospitality, or cashier experience
Are comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
Communicate clearly and professionally
Can follow procedures consistently
Are reliable, punctual, and professional
Want to use your people skills in a completely different environment
Can work evenings, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts
No casino or dealer experience required. We will train you.
Requirements
