The Road Service Technician plays a critical role in providing timely and effective roadside assistance to customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns or emergencies. This position requires the technician to diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs, and ensure vehicles are safely operational to minimize customer inconvenience. The technician will be responsible for responding promptly to service calls, often in varied and challenging environments, demonstrating both technical expertise and strong customer service skills. Success in this role directly impacts customer satisfaction and the reputation of the service provider.
