The Host-Hostess is responsible for warmly greeting members and guests, managing reservations, and seating guests in the dining area. They must also maintain immaculate menus and ensure guests receive a sincere farewell upon departure.
Candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment. Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and possess a professional appearance.

As a Host-Hostess, you must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. The member's experience should be enjoyable and you play a major role in the overall picture.
The Host-Hostess should be organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure; be member sensitive and possess a sense of timing required to handle the restaurant needs; and take pride in personal appearance while showing dedication to your job.
