The Supervisor, Outside Sales manages the sales team's daily operations, including coaching, scheduling, and monitoring performance metrics. They also oversee proposal development, customer liaison post-installation, and ensure sales objectives are met.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of residential HVAC sales experience and prior supervisory experience. The role requires a self-motivated professional capable of working a non-standard schedule including nights and weekends.

The Supervisor, Outside Sales supports the Outside Sales team through indirect supervision of para-professionals as they work to meet their daily and monthly objectives. Regularly reports progress to management. Typically reports to a manager level or above.
· Develop proposals and maintain specification and documentation for estimates and proposals
· Secure orders and renewals from existing and potential customers by means of on-site calls, telephone contacts and electronic communications
· Conducts post sales liaison with customers after each installation to ensure that all sales agreements have been accomplished, and that the customers are satisfied with all aspects of the transaction
· Maintain desired Gross Profit Margins (38%).
· Ongoing training and development of sales team.
· Assist salesmen with job walks, and installation related questions
· Provide leadership to the sales team daily and conduct a weekly sales meeting
· Monitor opportunities and direct leads to the best suited salesperson for all of the Cleveland area.
· Monitor sales performance, metrics, and provide coaching when necessary
· Manage the sales appointment schedule
· Manage sales personnel schedule
· Submitting rebate paperwork for utility companies, manufacturer warranties, special rebate, and financing rebate paperwork
· 5+ year of residential HVAC sales experience, supervisory experience preferred
· Ability and willingness to work after hours on a limited basis to accommodate prospective buyers and seasonal workloads
· Good communication skills, time management skills, and be self-motivated
· Proficient in working with all type of computer and phone equipment as well as software to support your activities.
· A self-motivated, extroverted, tactful, organized, goals oriented professional with a high degree of integrity.
· A skilled and tested person with a proven record of direct sales experience and a genuine empathy for customers along with willingness to help others
· Adhere to a punctual and reliable schedule. Work a non-standard schedule with some weekend and night work.
