Lead the store team in providing an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and achieving performance goals. Manage daily retail operations including pricing, inventory, and store opening and closing procedures.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and physically lift up to 40 lbs.
