The Maintenance Supervisor manages the daily operations of an apartment community, balancing hands-on repairs with the supervision of staff and contractors. Key duties include overseeing service requests, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring safety and curb appeal standards are met.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of maintenance supervisory experience, and a valid EPA Type II certification. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions are required.
Summary
