Responsible for managing counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. Duties include assisting customers with buying decisions, ensuring accurate completion of 4473 forms, and maintaining store merchandise.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and must be at least 21 years of age. Candidates should have 0-2 years of retail experience and knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and ATF regulations.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Outfitter - Firearms is responsible for maintaining Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms along with Floor and Counter Sales of other Hunting Merchandise. They perform various selling/customer service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance and direction to customers.
