The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in daily operations, including employee supervision, inventory management, and store merchandising. They are responsible for maintaining store standards, ensuring financial integrity, and providing superior customer service.
Candidates should have effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to perform mathematical calculations and manage inventory. A high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred, and one year of retail experience is desired for external candidates.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in the effective implementation of all store processes including employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, stocking and receiving, paperwork, and store needs. This position is utilized to foster interactive development of an external candidate for the Store Manager role and is to be held for a limited period.
