The Director will own end-to-end post-issuance customer operations, including the design and launch of a 24/7 Help Desk. They are responsible for consolidating contact center operations in El Paso and driving scalable service delivery through process optimization and AI adoption.
Requires 7+ years of experience in customer operations or contact center leadership with a proven track record of scaling support functions. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and experience leading teams through organizational restructuring.
