Oversee the maintenance and repair of technical equipment and infrastructure within the Family Entertainment Center to ensure optimal guest experience. Supervise technical staff and implement cleaning and quality assurance protocols for all gaming systems.
Previous experience in technical management within entertainment or hospitality is preferred, along with familiarity with AV and IT infrastructure. Candidates must be able to lead a team and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
