As a Call Center Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting customers who call in with questions about our stores and products. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide excellent customer service and ensure that all inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner!
Each Call Center Team Member provides direct customer service through oral and written communication via phone call and email using Menards-provided programs. Each Team Member will receive on the job training to contribute to store sales by selling products directly and fielding customer phone inquiries regarding product questions, pricing, and availability.
