The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling room reservations. They must ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints efficiently and coordinating with other hotel departments.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and experience in customer service or guest-facing roles. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions
Experience in the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants or similar in various roles preferred
Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications
Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent
