The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking daily breakfast and prepping for dinner service while maintaining quality control. Duties include setting up workstations, managing stock using the FIFO method, and ensuring compliance with health department guidelines.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in hotels or restaurants and a high school diploma or GED. Required certifications include Food Handler, ServSafe, Alcohol Awareness, and CPR/First Aid.

This is a full time position that entails both cooking our daily breakfast as well as prepping for our dinner service. Someone who is able to work independently and has a strong ability to multitask is needed for this position as you will be only the person in the kitchen for the majority of the shift. This is a full time position in a company who offers full benefits to our staff along with paid time off and 401k options.

Minimum two years of experience in hotels, restaurants or related fields
Prior Line Cook, Quick Order Cook, Banquet Cook or similar experience preferred
Certifications as required by Federal, State, or Local agencies
Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent
