What You'll Do

As a Remote Member Relationship Advisor, you'll become a trusted resource for members before, during, and after enrollment.

🤝 Member Service & Relationship Management

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone

• Connect with members who have requested information about available benefits

• Ask questions to understand individual and family needs

• Answer benefit and coverage questions clearly and professionally

• Build long-term relationships through personalized service

• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up

• Assist existing members with applicable policy and service needs
