This role is an excellent entry point into the financial services industry, offering hands-on client interaction, exposure to wealth management services, and a clear path for growth.
In this role, you will ensure clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their relationship with Schwab. Development is central to this role, and Schwab provides the resources, coaching, and learning opportunities to help you build skills and expand your career—including support for required licensing aligned to your goals.
Start with Client Relationship Specialist University (CRSU) a four-week, live virtual training program designed to set you up for success. After CRSU, your development continues in-branch through hands-on training and mentorship, with support from your manager, peers, and dedicated mentors.
The CRS role provides a strong foundation for growth. Schwab’s “choose your own adventure” approach empowers you to explore paths aligned to your strengths.
In addition to base pay, this role offers bonus and incentive opportunities tied to performance.
Maintain strong organization of tasks, client requests, and follow-ups to ensure timely and consistent execution.
