En Dresden Partners conectamos talento con empresas globales de primer nivel. Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un perfil enfocado en la gestión y operación de infraestructura tecnológica, con fuerte especialización en redes.
Buscamos a una persona que pueda asegurar la continuidad operativa, liderar equipos técnicos y gestionar proveedores, manteniendo una infraestructura estable, segura y escalable.
Administración de infraestructura tecnológica (redes, servidores y sistemas).
Gestión de redes LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls y conectividad corporativa.
Administración de telefonía y colaboración (Cisco / Webex).
Supervisión de operación continua (NOC / soporte).
Coordinación y liderazgo de equipo técnico (infraestructura y helpdesk).
Gestión de proveedores (ISP, hardware, licencias, servicios).
Soporte a plataformas y aplicaciones (incluyendo entornos con contenedores).
Monitoreo, gestión de incidentes y mejora continua de la operación.
Optimización de capacidad y desempeño de la infraestructura.
Experiencia de 6 a 10 años en infraestructura TI.
Fuerte conocimiento en redes (routing, switching, VPN, firewalls).
Experiencia en administración de servidores (Windows/Linux).
Conocimiento en virtualización (VMware, Hyper-V u otros).
Experiencia con herramientas de monitoreo.
Conocimiento básico/intermedio de cloud (Azure o AWS).
Experiencia en gestión de proveedores y soporte operativo.
Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.
Conocimiento de frameworks operativos como ITIL (deseable).
Experiencia con Cisco
Conocimiento de contenedores como Docker
Experiencia con herramientas de automatización o scripting básico
