The Assistant Store Manager will support the Head of Mobile Center in achieving sales targets and managing daily store operations. They are responsible for coaching the team, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining store standards.
The role requires experience in retail operations and team supervision to foster a high-performance culture. Candidates must be capable of managing inventory, cash handling, and store performance metrics.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Assist the HoMC in executing plans to meet and exceed store sales and service targets.
2. Support the management of daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with all SOPs.
3. Assist the HoMC in coaching, motivating, and supervising the store team to foster a high-performance culture.
4. Help ensure a smooth customer journey by managing traffic flow, store presentation, and resolving customer issues.
5. Act as the second-in-command and deputise for the HoMC in their absence to ensure continuity of store management.
6. Help monitor and report on store performance metrics to the HoMC.
