Responsible for managing guest arrivals and departures, including luggage handling, door services, and providing hotel tours. Acts as a Front Door Concierge to ensure a high-standard guest experience in accordance with Forbes and Five Star standards.
Requires 1-2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment with at least one year in Front Office, Door, or Bell services. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Summary
The ideal candidate is responsible for achieving guest satisfaction by creating a delightful arrival and departure experience, which includes checking in and out, escorting guests to their destination, handling, delivering and storing of guests’ luggage, communication of information and handling guest requests. The Door Person will act as the Front Door Concierge when needed.

Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
