Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and collaboration with different teams to maintain service reliability and minimize disruptions, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and enhance system performance.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent service interruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SD-WAN Operations.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and infrastructure components.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues effectively.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Experience in maintaining and optimizing network performance and security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
