The Implementation Coordinator executes project parameters for lottery retail technology, including equipment tracking and contractor management. They are also responsible for creating training guides and conducting system demonstrations for internal and external customers.
Candidates must be technologically adept with strong communication skills and the ability to work Eastern time zone hours. A high school diploma or GED is required, with experience in the retail convenience or lottery industry preferred.

The Implementation Coordinator will execute project implementation parameters including equipment and inventory tracking, training, retail and lottery developmental needs, as requested by the Product Implementation Manager.
