Diseñar y desarrollar contenidos escritos y visuales para productos: fichas, guías, presentaciones, resúmenes ejecutivos y materiales explicativos.
Traducir información técnica en mensajes claros, accesibles y orientados a diferentes audiencias.
Crear materiales visuales (infografías, esquemas, comparativas, dashboards visuales) que faciliten la comprensión de conceptos complejos.
Estructurar y maquetar documentos desde cero, garantizando orden, claridad y coherencia gráfica.
Gestionar y optimizar contenidos digitales mediante el uso de HTML (básico/intermedio).
Desarrollar y mantener tableros y reportes utilizando herramientas de Google (Sheets, Slides, Looker Studio) para el seguimiento de información e indicadores.
Organizar, centralizar y dar seguimiento a la información relevante para mejorar su accesibilidad y uso dentro del equipo.
Actualizar, rediseñar y mejorar materiales existentes bajo criterios de claridad, experiencia de usuario y diseño.
Asegurar la alineación de todos los contenidos con la identidad visual y lineamientos de comunicación corporativa.
Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios (producto, negocio, diseño, stakeholders) para garantizar consistencia en la comunicación.
Proponer nuevas ideas, formatos y soluciones digitales que optimicen la comunicación y visualización de la información.
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para las publicaciones internas con las diferentes audiencias.
Excelente redacción y comunicación escrita (claridad, síntesis y estructura).
Experiencia en diseño y maquetación de contenidos.
Manejo de herramientas de diseño (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop o similares).
Conocimientos en HTML (básico/intermedio) para edición de contenido digital.
Manejo de herramientas de Google:
Google Sheets (organización y análisis de información)
Google Slides (presentaciones ejecutivas)
Looker Studio / Data Studio (tableros y visualización de datos)
Capacidad para transformar información compleja en contenidos simples y visuales.
Conocimiento en visualización de datos (deseable).
Valorable: nociones de UX writing, storytelling o diseño de información.
Licenciatura en Comunicación, Diseño, MKT
