Product Experience Lead
Responsabilidades:
· Definir la visión de experiencia del producto digital.
· Liderar la estrategia de UX/UI.
· Priorizar iniciativas de mejora de experiencia.
· Gobernar el sistema de diseño junto con el Design Manager.
· Validar la calidad funcional y visual antes de liberaciones.
· Alinear a negocio, diseño y desarrollo.
· Impulsar innovación y mejores prácticas.
· Definir indicadores de experiencia y adopción.
· Desarrollar y mentorizar al equipo de diseño.
· Representar al área de diseño ante directivos y stakeholder
Requerimientos:
· Más de 8 años liderando productos digitales.
· Más de 5 años gestionando equipos multidisciplinarios.
· Experiencia comprobable en productos móviles de alto tráfico.
· Dominio avanzado de UX, UI y Design Systems.
· Experiencia liderando equipos Agile.
· Conocimiento de Design Thinking, Lean UX y Product Discovery.
· Experiencia utilizando Figma a nivel experto.
