Lead the overall operations of KOLLAB, overseeing both Business Development and Campaign Management to drive revenue growth and scalability. Responsible for managing the full P&L, optimizing operational processes, and coaching team leads to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management with at least 5 years of experience in operations or business development. Candidates must have 2-3 years of leadership experience and a proven track record of driving business growth.
