Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to oversee our digital marketing operations, bridge performance with creative strategy, and mentor a rising team.

In this role, you will be both a thinker and a doer. You will step in to lead client strategy, oversee media planning/buying, and supervise our marketing and e-commerce execution. You aren't just managing from a spreadsheet; you will actively architect digital marketing campaigns, guide client relationships, and directly coach our internal specialists (Performance, Account Management, and Operations) to build a high-performing ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

1. 
   Strategy & Client Leadership

• Omnichannel Strategy: Architect end-to-end digital marketing and e-commerce strategies for clients, connecting content marketing, performance media, and influencer management.
• Growth Partnership: Act as the strategic point of contact for key client accounts, translating business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps.
• New Business Proposals: Support the leadership team in pitching and drafting strategic proposals for prospective clients.

1. 
   Media Planning & Performance Supervision
   
   

• Media Architecture: Oversee and review media planning, buying, and optimizations across Meta, Google, TikTok, and e-commerce marketplaces (CPAS/Internal Ads).
• Advanced Analytics: Establish framework guidelines for UTM tracking architectures, pixel configurations, and automated Looker Studio reporting dashboards.
• Cross-Functional Sync: Supervise the workflow between Performance Marketing, E-commerce Operations, and the Creative/Content teams to ensure asset optimization matches performance data

   Team Management & Mentorship
   
   

• Hands-on Coaching: Actively train, mentor, and upskill junior and mid-level team members (including our Account Management and Performance Marketing specialists) to elevate their execution capabilities
• Resource Allocation: Manage project timelines, campaign execution workflows, and overall team delivery to ensure work is balanced and high-quality.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-6 years in Digital Marketing, Media Planning, or Growth Marketing (Agency experience is highly preferred).
• The "Doer" Balance: Proven experience executing campaigns yourself in the past, with the strategic maturity to now lead others.
  
• Full-Funnel Knowledge: Deep understanding of paid media (Performance/SEM), influencer marketing, content strategy, and e-commerce dynamics.
  
• Data & Tracking Fluent: Confident with web/app tracking ecosystems, data visualization tools (Looker Studio/Excel), and data-driven decision-making.
• AI Productivity: Experienced or highly proactive in adopting AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to streamline strategic planning, workflows, and copywriting workflows.
• Language: Native-level fluency in Thai and a strong professional command of English for strategic reporting, presentations, and internal communication.
