Role Overview
Executive, Social Affiliate is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of TikTok LIVE GMV Max affiliate campaigns across multiple brand accounts. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in social commerce, creator/affiliate operations, data analysis, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Setup & Execution
- Assist in setting up TikTok LIVE affiliate campaigns across assigned brand ad accounts.
- Manage creator account binding and assignment to the correct ad accounts.
- Set budgets, ROI targets, pacing, and live session scheduling.
- Ensure campaigns go live accurately and on time for every scheduled session.
- Monitor campaign delivery daily to ensure smooth performance.
2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track key performance metrics such as GMV, ROI/ROAS, spend, orders, and conversions.
- Identify performance trends and support optimization initiatives.
- Adjust budgets and ROI targets based on live session performance.
- Flag any delivery, binding, or tracking issues to the Manager.
3. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze data to provide insights and improvement recommendations.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and timely submission to internal teams and clients.
- Support post-campaign analysis and learning documentation.
4. Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with internal teams (Ecommerce Planner, Ad Ops, Analytics) and creator coordinators.
- Coordinate with platform representatives and external operations partners when necessary.
- Support Manager in preparing campaign materials for client meetings.
5. Operational & Administrative Support
- Maintain campaign documentation, live rosters, and trackers.
- Ensure billing accuracy and alignment with finance processes.
- Support compliance with platform policies and brand safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital media, social commerce, or affiliate marketing (internship experience welcome).
- Basic understanding of TikTok Shop, LIVE selling, and the affiliate/creator ecosystem (a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic agency environment.
