The Principal Controls Engineer will lead the design and delivery of complex automation and control system integration projects while mentoring technical staff. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and possess at least 8 years of progressive experience in automation or system integration. Deep technical expertise in major automation platforms and strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols are required.

Our Mission Critical Team is seeking a senior technical expert to provide advanced engineering leadership and hands-on expertise in the design and delivery of complex automation and control system integration projects. Our Principal Controls Engineers ensure that solutions are innovative, reliable, and aligned with customer requirements, while mentoring engineers and project managers and supporting business development efforts.
