What would you do? Define an organizations talent management approach, mapping a business future skills and talent needs against current skills and capabilities and then defining the investments required to fulfill strategic talent objectives.

Maintain team flexibility and skills to be able to support recovery work as needed. Maintain team recoverability Essential Functions: Provide clients with guidance regarding business process optimizations to improve operational business capabilities Help in strategy consultancy to clients with guidance in various spheres of business, including corporate strategy, business transformation, and digital and innovation capabilities Should have a deep understanding various tools and technology related to RPA, AI, and Platforms In-depth knowledge and experience in Financial Services field including operations and risk associated with industry Assess company’s financial status and analyse investment plans Source and evaluate capital expansion options, including loans and funding Advise on selling and buying stocks and bondsBE,Any Graduation,Master of Business Administration
