What are we looking for? • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Research or related field • Minimum 4-6 years of related experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in distribution, warehousing, inventory management and supply planning in the beauty / cosmetic industry • Knowledge of, and experience with supply planning and inventory management tools (e.g., SAP, E2Open, Kinaxis, etc.) • Knowledge of the interactions and interplays between supply and demand in the executional (0-2 months) and operational (2-12 month) horizons, with focus on inventory management and supply planning • Highly analytical – analyzes data and provides clear / fact-based presentations to stakeholders • Ability to build strong relationships and tactfully navigate multiple cross-functional, matrixed stakeholders • Excellent problem-solving skills and quick to react and respond to changes • Execution oriented – thrive under pressure with a demonstrated ability to get things done • Ability to work within and across a global, cross-functional team, collaborating with Planning, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders. • Strong oral and written communications – able to comfortably present to senior leadership. action verb and address the following topics: Decision Making – Indicate type of decisions typically made and the overall impact of those decisions. Roles and Responsibilities: • Operate as the primary party accountable for product availability and fill rate to Affiliate DC for cluster of brands and responsible for regional inventory level • Optimize Finished goods inventory across Americas nodes and deliver DOS and Excess targets for portfolio of brands • Prepares IBP cycle content (Supply and Inventory) for the brand cluster and takes action as part of the IBP cycle process. • Collaborate with IBP directors to prioritize, allocate and re-balance inventory and supply commits across affiliates within region. • Work with Regional Commercial teams to align on the commercial opportunities considering the supply commits. • Operate as the primary party accountable for product availability. • Responsible for regional inventory level and inventory optimization across Americas locations • Work with Regional Commercial teams to align on the commercial opportunities considering the supply commits. Support big bets and key moments. • Monitor Inventory Availability in regional hubs, potential stock outs; responsible for defining safety stock at region hub in consultation with Head of Commercial Region Supply Planning. Deliver network design/SS Parameters to support Region Initiatives • Responsible for management and oversight of relevant region fill rate • Manage phase in/phase outs to optimize landing stock. • Review replenishment exceptions. Supply allocation among the region (channel, retailer, affiliate) • Detailed review of OOS and ensure proper replenishment when back in stock. • KPI Delivery Mgmt • Highlight and escalate required Order-Fcst Corrections • Risk resolution across portfolio • NPL Readiness visibility and support activities for risk mitigation related to NPL • Excess/Expiry actions and decisions • Expedite coordination with Global supply planning • Actively participates and brings insights to Demand reviews • Supply reporting, regional communication • Participates and provides content to Category, IIT, ER, & Supply meetingsAny Graduation
