As a CRM & Adobe Campaign Specialist, you will work at the intersection of marketing operations, technology, and customer engagement, leading CRM campaigns that drive business impact and customer experience.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and play a key role in campaign governance, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.

💵 Compensation: €35,000 – €45,000/year

In this role, you will:
Act as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders and campaign operations teams.
Monitor campaign performance and delivery KPIs.
Produce campaign reports and performance insights.
Support and mentor junior CRM Campaign Assistants.
Ensure campaign quality, consistency, and compliance with established processes.
You will balance operational delivery with stakeholder expectations.
You will coordinate multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
You will mentor junior team members while maintaining delivery excellence.
Campaign ownership requires strong autonomy and accountability.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication, or related field.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign.
Experience managing end-to-end campaign delivery.
Strong expertise in campaign targeting, segmentation, and execution.
Experience with KPI monitoring and campaign reporting.
Fluency in English (B2 minimum).
Must be a Portuguese or European citizen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal.
French language skills.
Advanced reporting capabilities.
Exposure to international marketing environments.
