We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Portuguese Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support for Fitbit wearable devices and applications to Portuguese-speaking customers.
• Assist users in tracking their fitness goals, sleep patterns, and wellness metrics through expert product knowledge.
• Troubleshoot sync issues, hardware concerns, and software glitches with professional empathy and efficiency.
• Promote a culture of health and movement by educating customers on the benefits of the Fitbit ecosystem.
• Maintain detailed documentation of user inquiries to improve the overall Fitness & Wellness service experience.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure world-class service delivery within the Fitness & Wellness sector.
• Stay updated on the latest hardware releases and software updates to provide proactive product guidance.
• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and wearable technology.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly advantageous for this role.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this unique Portuguese Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
