As a specialist in legal, regulatory, investment, and compliance advisory services, we are looking for an individual to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. This is a Full-Time position based in Texas City, Texas, United States. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to exceptional client service and support.
Salary: $30 - $40 USD per hour
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound calls with the utmost professionalism.
Respond promptly and accurately to client enquiries received via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide clear information regarding the firm's specialised advisory services.
Address and resolve client issues or complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Escalate complex or technical queries to the appropriate legal, regulatory, or investment consultants.
Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all client interactions within the company's CRM system.
Assist with scheduling appointments and consultations between clients and our advisory team.
Uphold client confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or call centre environment, preferably within a professional services firm.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite; experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
A high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
* An understanding of or interest in the legal, financial, or compliance sectors would be a distinct advantage.
