Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while overseeing the implementation process to maintain quality and efficiency throughout the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to design and optimize data structures for complex software applications.
- Experience in translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable data models.
- Ability to collaborate with software developers and architects to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Familiarity with database design principles and data warehousing concepts.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues within software systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
