The Lead Electrical Engineer will manage project deliverables, define scope, and provide technical oversight for electrical modifications at nuclear power plants. They are responsible for mentoring group members, coordinating multi-discipline interfaces, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and project tracking.
Candidates must possess a BSEE degree from an ABET-accredited program and at least 10 years of experience in electrical system design for nuclear power plants. Additionally, the role requires at least 3 years of leadership experience and the ability to obtain unescorted access to a nuclear station.
You will be leading the group on interesting and challenging projects that include investigating, troubleshooting, and solving a wide variety of electrical engineering issues to support single and multi-discipline projects.
The majority of the projects performed for our clients require multi-discipline interface and coordination.
