Lead and supervise technical assignments for multi-media ecological risk assessments and manage project execution for federal and state programs. Coordinate with clients and regulators to apply risk assessment results to site decision-making and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Toxicology, Biology, or a related field with over 10 years of experience in conducting and reviewing ecological risk assessments. Must have extensive knowledge of USEPA CERCLA guidelines and experience with risk communication and project scoping.

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Ecological Risk Assessor with the potential to work out of any of our WSP offices, which may include Atlanta, GA; Kansas City, MO; Gainesville, FL; Valhalla, NY; Morristown, NJ; Buffalo, NY or Boston MA. Be involved in projects with our Federal Programs Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients’ objectives and solves their challenges.
The successful candidate will collaborate with our current team of risk assessment team members to support our growing risk assessment and toxicology practice in project planning and execution as well as public outreach and stakeholder communication. Risk assessments will be prepared to meet the requirements of the United States Environmental Protection Agency and many States’ environmental regulatory programs.
The position will involve coordination and implementation of project work associated with multimedia (air, water, and soil) risk assessments and environmental regulatory compliance in the industrial/commercial and government sectors as well as project management.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $103,000 - $166,900
