Position Summary:
This is a requirement to provide the necessary level of professional, technical and program management support required to facilitate the overall objectives of the National Guard Bureau’s (NGB) J3/4/7 Operations Directorate. The Senior Trainer/Exercise Planner serves as the lead JELC planner for the Homeland Response Force/CBRN Enhanced Response Force Package (HRF/CERFP) program. The planner must possess the capacity to track, facilitate, and document deliverables for approximately 220 JELC events per year. The planner shall produce weekly JELC Status Reports and provide comprehensive AARs within three (3) business days of JELC event completion.
Skills and Qualification Required:
US Citizenship
Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor’s or higher Degree in public administration, business, social science, or a related field
CBRN security knowledge and experience
Skills and Qualifications Preferred:
National Guard Bureau experience
