The Lead Modeller is responsible for interpreting design drawings to model steel members and connections while creating GA and assembly drawings. They also delegate and monitor workloads for modellers and detailers and ensure all models are erectable and conform to design requirements.
Candidates must be proficient in industry-standard steel modelling software and have experience using Bluebeam, Salesforce, and Strumis. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to coordinate information and manage a technical team.
