เจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยฯ วิชาชีพ (Safety Officer)หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1.    ตรวจสอบและเสนอแนะให้นายจ้างปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย  และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน

2.    วิเคราะห์งานเพื่อชี้บ่งอันตรายและกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันและขั้นตอนการทำงานอย่างปลอดภัยเสนอต่อนายจ้าง

3.    ประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน

4.    วิเคราะห์แผนงานหรือโครงการ และข้อเสนอแนะของหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ และเสนอแนะมาตรการความปลอดภัยในการทำงานต่อนายจ้าง

5.    ตรวจประเมินการปฏิบัติงานของสถานประกอบกิจการให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน โครงการหรือมาตรการความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน

6.    แนะนำให้ลูกจ้างปฏิบัติตามคู่มือว่าด้วยความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานของสถานประกอบกิจการ

7.    แนะนำ ฝึกสอน และอบรมลูกจ้าง เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานปลอดจากเหตุอันจะทำให้เกิดความไม่ปลอดภัยในการทำงาน

8.    ตรวจวัดและประเมินสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน หรือดำเนินการร่วมกับบุคคล หรือนิติบุคคลที่ขึ้นทะเบียนหรือได้รับใบอนุญาตตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน หรือกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

9.    เสนอแนะต่อนายจ้างเพื่อให้มีการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานที่เหมาะสมกับสถานประกอบกิจการและพัฒนาให้มีประสิทธิภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง

• ตรวจสอบหาสาเหตุและวิเคราะห์การประสบอันตราย  การเจ็บป่วย  หรือการเกิดเหตุเดือดร้อนรำคาญอันเนื่องจากการทำงานของลูกจ้าง และรายงานผลการตรวจสอบ รวมทั้งเสนอแนะแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาต่อนายจ้างเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดเหตุโดยไม่ชักช้า
• รวบรวมสถิติ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และจัดทำรายงานและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการประสบอันตราย การเจ็บป่วย หรือการเกิดเหตุเดือดร้อนรำคาญอันเนื่องจากการทำงานของลูกจ้างเสนอต่อนายจ้าง
• ให้ความรู้และอบรมด้านโรคจากการประกอบอาชีพและสิ่งแวดล้อมแก่ลูกจ้างก่อนเข้าทำงานและระหว่างทำงาน เพื่อทบทวนความรู้อย่างน้อยปีละหนึ่งครั้ง
• ปฏิบัติงานด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานอื่นตามที่นายจ้างมอบหมาย

 

คุณสมบัติ

·      วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยฯ หรือวุฒิที่ขึ้นทะเบียน จป.วิชาชีพได้

·      ใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี

·      สามารถอบรมและตรวจสอบการทำงานให้ผู้รับเหมาให้มีความปลอดภัย

·      สามารถจัดซ้อมแผนฉุกเฉินในกรณีต่าง ๆ อาทิ อพยพหนีไฟ

·      หากมีประสบการณ์ในด้านการดูแลอาคารสูงจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

·      หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

·      มีความอดทนและรักงานบริการ

·      สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้

·      สามารถเรียนรู้และปฏิบัติงานอาคารได้
