Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and managing the CRM system. Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth deal execution and timely responses to inquiries.
The candidate should be an entry-level professional capable of handling administrative sales tasks and customer inquiries. Familiarity with EV chargers and solar rooftop solutions is beneficial for providing basic product information.
• Assist sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales
materials.
• Manage and update CRM system with customer information, opportunities, and
pipeline status.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project, operations) to ensure timely
response to client requests.
• Follow up with clients for required documents, approvals, and feedback.
• Support in drafting contracts, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to
management.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product/service information (EV
chargers, solar rooftop, and related solutions).
• Ensure smooth handover of confirmed deals to project execution teams.
• Provide administrative support to the business development and sales teams.
