The Estate and CJP Executive coordinates landed property modifications to ensure legal compliance, financial security, and technical vetting. This role oversees renovation submissions, approval coordination, and adherence to estate regulations and safety standards.
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or diploma in management with experience in property or general management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and knowledge of construction permit processes or architectural drawings are preferred.
The CJP / Estate Executive acts as the central coordinator for all landed property modifications. To ensure that every renovation or structural change is legally compliant, financially secured, and technically vetted before work begins, maintaining the integrity and aesthetic standards of the estate.
Estate - Landed - This role ensures proper control of all renovation and modification works, including review of submissions, approval coordination, and compliance with estate regulations and safety standards.
Educational qualifications preferred:
1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in management.
2. Experience in property or general management preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
5. Proficient in English (verbal and written).
6. Positive Attitude, service-oriented, and well-organized.
7. Knowledge of condominium or village laws and regulations.
8. Understanding of architecture and construction drawings (advantageous).
9. Familiarity with construction permit processes (advantageous).
