About the role The position is responsible for developing and coordinating audience engagement and development initiatives across Parramatta Artists Studios, supporting increased participation, audience connection and visibility for Western Sydney artists.
In this role you will:
Develop and deliver initiatives that increase participation, engagement, and connections between Western Sydney artists and audiences.
Manage the promotion and positioning of Parramatta Artists Studios through marketing campaigns, digital communications, social media, website content, and audience development strategies.
Establish and maintain relationships with community organisations, cultural groups, educational institutions, and key stakeholders to expand participation and audience reach.
Deliver artist-led engagement programs, outreach activities, audience research, and evaluation processes to measure impact and support reporting requirements.
Develop initiatives that increase access and participation for diverse communities, represent Parramatta Artists Studios at events, and manage project budgets and reporting requirements.

About you
The successful candidate is someone who:
Demonstrated experience in arts marketing, communications, audience development or audience engagement.
Experience developing and delivering marketing, communications and audience engagement campaigns across digital and physical platforms.
Experience coordinating projects, programs or campaigns involving multiple stakeholders and partners.
Knowledge of Western Sydney arts and cultural contexts.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the essential requirements in the Position Description, including: Qualifications/Licences:
Tertiary qualification in Arts Administration/Management, Communications, Marketing, and/or equivalent competencies gained through career and industry experience.
