The Opportunity

Reporting to the National Field Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and delivering strong commercial outcomes in the field.

In this leadership role, you will manage a team of four, supporting them to achieve sales targets and execute best-in-class customer engagement strategies.

You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring execution excellence across your region.

• Lead, coach, develop and manage a field sales team to achieve sales and KPI targets

• Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities within the HORECA channel

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting

• Deliver in-field coaching, training and capability development

• Manage key customer relationships and engage senior stakeholders

• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on trade shows and activations

• Provide market insights, reporting and performance analysis

• Ensure strong execution of sales strategies across the field

What you’ll bring

• Experience leading a field sales or account management team

• Strong background in sales growth and business development

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively

• High levels of resilience, drive and commercial acumen

• Strong planning, forecasting and organisational skills
