The Design Assistant will develop and maintain prototype CAD files, equipment spec books, and design guides for various restaurant brands. They will also assist with drafting plans for remodels, feasibility test fits, and internal projects while collaborating with the design and construction team.
Candidates should have 3 or more years of restaurant design experience or a related college degree. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to interpret site plans and construction documents.
