Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed individual and company sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Build lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized service
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including pricing, signing, and loss prevention protocols
• Tactfully address conflicts, identify concerns, and commit to positive solutions
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and maintaining visual displays, and general housekeeping to ensure an inspiring store environment
• Support in processing and replenishing merchandise

• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail experience preferred, especially in a luxury or high-end setting
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, during the seasonal period
