The Project Architect is responsible for preparing effective building designs, presentation materials, and construction documents for a diverse range of clients. They will coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams and manage the construction phase administration for industrial and commercial projects.
Candidates must be a licensed Architect in Arizona with a bachelor's degree and at least eight years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Revit and a strong knowledge of building codes (IBC, IECC/ASHRAE, NFPA) are required.
